Objective:Traditional Chinese medicine treatment through Vascularneuralgia headache clinical studies, the efficacy analysis, discussion headachemedicine with the theoretical basis of wind, wind analysis using drug therapycompatibility headaches and important role in the treatment of headaches.Elaborated Vascular neuralgia headache pathogenesis and treatment methods toexplore Chinese medicine treatment of Vascular neuralgia headachesuperiority. Methods:September2011to September2013,Luzhou MedicalCollege for treatment of Vascular neuralgia headache95patients. Randomlydivided into study group and control group, study group of49patients(51.58%), control group of46cases (48.42%). The control group were treatedwith flunarizine. Study group were treated with Lutong particles (15cases withthe passage of cold type),Tianma Gouteng granule (liver yang hyperactivitytype in14cases),Zhengtian pill (8cases of blood stasis type),Bazhen pills andLutong particles (9cases of deficiency of Qi and blood type); In the treatmentphase, disable the rest of stasis, regulating nerves, antispasmodic analgesicdrugs. Both groups were treated for4weeks,observed before and aftertreatment in patients with headache intensity, headache frequency, headacheduration, analyze treatment of Vascular headache patients, adverse reactionsand so on. Results:The study group was recovered in28cases,accounting for57.14%of this group;10cases markedly effective, accounting for20.41%of the group;8cases effective, accounting for16.33%of the group;3casespatient,accounting for6.12%of the group; The total effective rate was93.88%.The control group was recovered in22cases,accounting for47.83%of thegroup;9cases markedly effective, accounting for19.57%of the group;7cases effective, accounting for15.22%in this group15.22%;8cases patient, accounting for17.39%of the group; The total effective rate was82.61%. Thetwo groups were compared, the total efficiency of46cases of the study group(93.88%),significantly higher than that of the control group of38cases(82.61%). There was significant difference between two groups,P<0.05. Aftertreatment of headache intensity scores, headache frequency and duration ofintegration headaches by independent sample T test,P values were0.031,0.039and0.002were less than0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Studygroup and the control group after treatment, adverse events rates were18.37%and34.78%, two sets of data by comparing fourfold table X2test, X2=7.41,P=0.006<0.05,a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:1. TraditionalChinese medicine therapy can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy ofneurovascular headache, no increased incidence of adverse reactions, therecurrence rate is low, has important clinical value in use.2.Pathogenic windresistance network is essential neurovascular headache pathogenesis, with windis an important method of treatment.Wind medicine smell spicy, Qufengtongluo,Gloomy qi, cited drug upward, efficiency and blood, not only cure the wind, and the rule of blood, essential in the treatment of this disease. Reasonablecompatibility can be used by patients with a variety of syndromes, and help to improve clinical outcomes.
