Objective: To study the differences in the levels of serum detection of the AFP(AFP), carcinoembryonicantigen(CEA), sugar chain antigen199(CA199), cancer antigen125(CA125) in different levels ofpatients with chronic hepatitis b(CHB).Methods: Selection of789cases of patients diagnosed with chronic hepatitis b who were inpatiented fromJan2007to Dec2012in the first affiliated hospital of the medical college shihezi university.(685male and227female, aged20~79, the average age of45, includs135cases carriers of chronic hepatitis b,136caseschronic hepatitis b patients with mild,131cases of patients with chronic hepatitis b with moderate,147cases of chronic hepatitis b with severe,120cases each compensated and decompensated cirrhosis afterchronic hepatitis b). Collect the datas of AFP, CEA and CA19-9, CA125in patients and healthy controls.Sorting data and calculate its positive rate. Using the SPSS17.0statistical software. Its positive rate inchi-square statistical analysis, compare differencesof its positive rate in statistical.Results:1. The comparison between the AFP in each group, Mild group of patients with chronic hepatitis b,moderate group of patients with chronic hepatitis b, severe group of patients with chronic hepatitis b,compensatory period group with cirrhosis of the liver patients after chronic hepatitis b and decompensationperiod group with cirrhosis of the liver patients after chronic hepatitis b, compared with healthy controls,Differences between groups were statistically significant (P <0.001); The carriers group of Chronichepatitis b compared with healthy controls, there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P=0.175); mild and moderate groups of Chronic hepatitis b patients, moderate and severe group ofChronic hepatitis b patients, mild and severe groups Chronic hepatitis b patients, respectively to compare, differences between groups were statistically significant (P <0.001); Compare cirrhosis patients ofcompensatory period group after chronic hepatitis b hepatitis and cirrhosis patients of decompensated groupof after chronic hepatitis b, difference between groups was statistically significant (P <0.001).2.The comparison between the CA199in each group, The carriers group of Chronic hepatitis b,Mildgroup of patients with chronic hepatitis b, moderate group of patients with chronic hepatitis b, severe groupof patients with chronic hepatitis b, compensatory period group with cirrhosis of the liver patients afterchronic hepatitis b and decompensation period group with cirrhosis of the liver patients after chronichepatitis b, compared with healthy controls, Differences between groups were statistically significant (P <0.001); moderate and severe group of Chronic hepatitis b patients, mild and severe groups Chronic hepatitisb patients, respectively to compare, differences between groups were statistically significant (P <0.001);mild and moderate groups of Chronic hepatitis b patients, there was no statistically significant differencebetween groups (P=0.098); Compare cirrhosis patients of compensatory period group after chronic hepatitisb hepatitis and cirrhosis patients of decompensated group of after chronic hepatitis b, difference betweengroups was statistically significant (P <0.001). 3.The comparison between the CEA in each group, The carriers group of Chronic hepatitis b,Mildgroup of patients with chronic hepatitis b, moderate group of patients with chronic hepatitis b, severe groupof patients with chronic hepatitis b, compensatory period group with cirrhosis of the liver patients afterchronic hepatitis b and decompensation period group with cirrhosis of the liver patients after chronichepatitis b, compared with healthy controls, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05, Prespectively0.383、0.384、0.379、1.000、0.747、0.084); mild and moderate groups of Chronic hepatitis bpatients, moderate and severe group of Chronic hepatitis b patients, mild and severe groups Chronichepatitis b patients, respectively to compare, there was no statistically significant difference(P=0.137);Compare cirrhosis patients of compensatory period group after chronic hepatitis b hepatitis andcirrhosis patients of decompensated group of after chronic hepatitis b, there was no statistically significantdifference (P=0.420).4.The comparison between the CA125in each group, The carriers group of Chronic hepatitis b,Mildgroup of patients with chronic hepatitis b, moderate group of patients with chronic hepatitis b, severe groupof patients with chronic hepatitis b, compared with healthy controls, there was no statistically significantdifference (P>0.05, P respectively1.000、1.000、0.110、0.050); compensatory period group with cirrhosisof the liver patients after chronic hepatitis b and decompensation period group with cirrhosis of the liverpatients after chronic hepatitis b, compared with healthy controls, Differences between groups werestatistically significant (P <0.001, P respectively0.000、0.000); mild and moderate groups of Chronichepatitis b patients, moderate and severe group of Chronic hepatitis b patients, mild and severe groupsChronic hepatitis b patients, respectively to compare, there was no statistically significant difference(P=0.331);Compare cirrhosis patients of compensatory period group after chronic hepatitis b hepatitis andcirrhosis patients of decompensated group of after chronic hepatitis b, there was no statistically significantdifference (P=0.155).Conclusion:1. AFP, CA199positive rate in serum of Chronic hepatitis b patients is higher, change with thedegree of illness in the corresponding change, has certain clinical significance to evaluate the degree ofchronic hepatitis b patients.2. CEA, CA125positive rate positive rate in serum of Chronic hepatitis b patients is low, does notchange with the degree of illness in the corresponding change, to evaluate the degree of chronic hepatitis bpatients change without important clinical significance.3. AFP, CA199, CEA positive rate in serum of Patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis is higher, hascertain clinical significance for the diagnosis of posthepatitic cirrhosis; CA125positive rate in serum ofPatients with posthepatitic cirrhosis is low, without important clinical significance for the diagnosis ofposthepatitic cirrhosis.
