| Objective:observation of Qi Gui pellet to hypothyroidism ratsthyoid function,and discusses its HCY and hs-CRP mechanism.Methods：This experiment used60Wistar rats. They weredivided into6groups by random,the model group, the westernmedicine group，the Chinese medicine group (high dose and lowdose of Qi Gui Decoction),both the Chinese medicine and thewestern medicine group and the contrast group. In addition to blankgroup, the other five groups used propylthiouracil to made modelfor2weeks. After a successful give corresponding drug of eightweeks, Rats were observed before and after treatment appearance,spirit, behavior, excrement and urine, weight generally Detectionthyroid function, Homosysteine (HCY), C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and otherindicators.Results:1. rats were observed before and after treatment of symptoms,signs and clinical appearance,and they were all improved.2.Thyroid hormone levels after building mode is significantlybelow normal control group (P﹤0.01), TSH significantly higherthan normal control group (P﹤0.01), surely made successfulmodels. After treatment, all the Chinese and western treatmentgroups, FT3,FT4rise compared with model group was significantdifference (P﹤0.01,) compared with model group, TSH are verysignificant difference (P﹤0.01).3.Model group has significantly high HCY and hs-CRP thancontrast group (P﹤0.05), the western treatment group,both high andlow dose of Chinese traditional medicine groups, both the Chinese medicine and the western medicine group compared with contrastgroup show significant difference (P﹤0.05). the western treatmentgroup compared with both high and low dose of Chinese traditionalmedicine groups show significant difference (P﹤0.05),both theChinese medicine and the western medicine group compared withthe western treatment group the western treatment group.4. Model group TC and contrast group compared significantdifferences (P<0.05,P﹤0.01), low dose of Chinese traditionalmedicine group compared with contrast group TC,TG shows nosignificant difference (P>0.05).High dose of Chinese traditionalmedicine group compared with western medicine TC,TG shows nosignificant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions: qi gui pellet to hypothyoidism rats have goodtreatment effect.It can not only improve their symptoms, restoreserum thyroid hormone levels, but also can be adjusted causepituitary a adrenal axis and gonads shaft disorder, improve the ratsanemia condition, reduce their HCY and hs-CRP. |
