| Objective:Through the observation of self-made Lianbaixiaoban electuary’s TCM syndrome effect on the treatment of pediatric simplex HSP(wind-heat injuring collaterals type),to objectively evaluate the clinical curative effect of Lianbaixiaoban electuary on the treatment of pediatric simplex HSP(wind-heat injuring collaterals type)Methods:In this research,60 children patients with pediatric simplex HSP (wind-heat injuring collaterals type) were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group with 30 patients and matched group with 30 patients. Oral Lianbaixiaoban electuary was taken by the patients in treatment group;oral Cetirizine Hydrochloride Syrup, Compound Glycyrrhizin tablets, Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid were taken by the patients in matched group. The course of treatment was 10 days for both of the groups.The curative effect on patients in both of the groups,clinical symptoms and signs and the changes of grading were observed.Results:1. After 20 days, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 3.33%(28/30), which was higher than that of matched group,73.33%(22/30). With the X2 examination (P<0.05), the result had statistical significance.2.To compare 2 groups treatment result demonstrate that each traditional Chinese medicinethe syndrome integration is obviously lower,and it has statistical significan.3.Comparing the follow-up recurrence rate of two groups of patients, the follow-up recurrence rate of thetreatment group is 13.33%(4/30), which is lower thanthat of thecontrol group 36.67%(11/30) With the X2 examination (P<0.05), the result had statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Self-made Lianbaixiaoban electuary,which has a better curative effect on the treatment of pediatric simplex HSP(wind-heat injuring collaterals type),can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients.2.Self-made Lianbaixiaoban electuary has no adverse reaction after treatment.3.The follow-up recurrence rate of Lianbaixiaoban electuary is low,and the long-term curative effectof it is better. |
