Ciinica] Observation Of Sequential Therapy Of Hp Associated Gastropathy Treating Puyuanhewei Capsule Intervention

Objective:By means of puyuanhewei capsule combined with PPI and antibioticsequential therapy in the treatment of HP related diseases (including chronic gastritis andpeptic ulcer) clinical observation, analysis of the therapeutic effect and indications, provideinformation for the treatment of Hp associated gastropathy individualized.Methods: Collection of standard Hp positive chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer in280cases, were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group with the use ofpuyuanhewei capsule combined with PPI and antibiotic sequential therapy, the controlgroup treated with Western Medicine Triple therapy.Record two groups in total curativeeffect, the effect of gastroscopy efficacy, disease, TCM syndrome curative effect, Hperadication rate, adverse reaction etc..Results:280patients underwent treatment and review. The treatment group andcontrol group total effective rate were96.6%and85.9%respectively, the total efficiency of88.3%and69.6%respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Gastroscope curative effect in two groups of effective rate was97.9%and96.3%,and theefficiency of89.7%and86.7%, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Hperadicate rate in two groups were92.4%and93.3%respectively, there was no statisticallysignificant difference (P>0.05). Diseases in various aspects, two groups of efficient on thetreatment of chronic superficial gastritis with significant efficiency difference has nostatistical significance (P>0.05), the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, gastric andduodenal ulcer on the efficient and the significant efficiency difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). In the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect, two groups in six ofthe nine traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type of efficient and significant efficiencydifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group adverse reactions is less than the control group.Conclusion: This scheme in the Hp eradicate rate on the basis of a high curativeeffect, less adverse reaction, better suitable for on the basis of the traditional Chinesemedicine dialectical correlation with Hp stomach trouble for individualized treatment.
