Curative Effect Of Two Operation Approach Combined With Double Plate In Treatment Of Distal Humerus Fractures Of C Type

Topics purpose：Distal humerus fractures of C type by different approach combinedwith double plate internal fixation, compared the clinical efficacy.Methods：A retrospective analysis of January January to20112007in ShouguangCity of Shandong Province Chinese Medicine Hospital Department of orthopedics inhospital46cases of C distal humerus fracture treated patients with type. There were22patients who underwent distal humeral lateral combined approach operation,24patientswere treated by olecranon osteotomy operation, adopts double plate fixation, the operationincision, intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, hospital stay, fracture healingtime and postoperative1years of improved An and Morrey elbow score, and the data werestatistically analyzed.Results：All the patients were followed up, the olecranon osteotomy approach ofoperation with small incision, less bleeding, less operation time, after1years, the excellentand good rate was87.5%, the excellent and good rate of the distal end of the humerus roadinto inner and outer side of54.5%. Analysis of two into the path of statistics, the P value is0.013, both have statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion：C distal humerus fractures of the olecranon osteotomy operation, can bein open reduction with internal and external articular surface, distal end of the humeruslateral combination approach has great advantage; double plate fixation of fractures isreliable, solid and early functional exercise.
