Objective To observe the comparison of three internal fixation methods, four kinds of surgical approach the clinical curative effect of treatment of fractures of the distal part of the humerus, provide reference for clinical surgery treatment of humerus distal fracture.Methods Retrospective analysis from January 2009 to December 2013 in qinhuangdao military hospital orthopedic surgery treatment of humerus distal fracture of 53 patients.Respectively using variance analysis, independent sample t-test and rank and inspection method for selection of internal fixation, choice of surgical approach.Results The adoption of 53 cases of average healing time of 13 ~ 17 weeks, the average healing time was 15.5 weeks,.Single steel plate fixation group, double steel plate fixation group of elbow joint function recovery was better than Y type steel plate fixation group, P < 0.05, there are differences, single plate fixation group and focus on building between steel plate fixation group,P > 0.05, no difference, triceps group is superior to recovery of elbow function into the road on both sides ulna olecranon bone cutting into the road group, P<0.05, there are differences, but in the triceps split in the group and triceps flapper valve into the road between group P > 0.05, no difference.Single plate internal fixation group in terms of complications, visible in myositis ossificans and relative complications of traumatic sex arthritis, plate fixation is better than that of Y type groups and double plate fixation, and Y type plate fixation group and double plate fixation in the articular stiff, ulnar neuritis, fracture healing these aspects is no obvious difference.And Y type steel plate fixation group and double plate fixation group the incidence of complications in all cases, no obvious difference.Visible on both sides of triceps approach group is better than the other three kinds of ways into the road.Group and triceps split into the road in the occurrence of traumatic arthritis is higher than the other three kinds of ways into the road.Conclusion 1 Double steel plate, in accordance with the distal humerus biomechanical characteristics can provide lasting strong fixed, is advantageous to the elbow joint function recovery.With no difference between the single plate for elbow joint function recovery, but its complications, with no difference between the Y-shaped plate fixation. 2 The approach of Triceps splited and the approach of bilateral triceps in the elbow joint function recovery has obvious advantages, but the approach of Triceps splited traumatic sex arthritis is relatively high.
