Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Infantile Eczema With Spleen Defficiency Damp Retention Treated By Jianpi Meifu San And Jingmian Fang

Objective:One:To explore clinical effect of infantile eczema with spleen defficiency damp retention treated by Jianpi Meifu San and Jingmian Fang and skin beauty, skin barrier of function.Two:To explore the TCM pathogenesis of infantile eczema, explore the formula rule of Jianpi Meifu San" and "Jingmian Fang".There:Based on the experience of clinical path and establish regimen in the treatment of infantile eczema, conducive to clinical practice.Methods:This topic will comply with the 88 cases of spleen defficiency damp retention infantile eczema patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 44 cases. Two groups use the net surface wash, treatment group with tonifying spleen and texture of skin powder, the control group with oral loratadine, two groups use the skin barrier function detection, measured by the detection of pre tested on clean skin, from 20 to 24℃, humidity 40%～60%,10～20min after resting, were detected in the forearm extensor side, flexor aspect of forearm, cheek, anterior tibial 4 skin lesions of transepidermal water loss (TEWL), water content of stratum corneum, each site was measured 3 times, average measurements for each subject value. Visit once a week, four weeks for a period of treatment, at 15 days after treatment, patients were observed 30 days after treatment EASI score, itching, TCM symptom score; transdermal water loss before and after treatment (TEWL), the value of the water content of the stratum corneum, to heal the patient when a course observe the skin pigmentation, smooth score and followed up for 6 months, observed and recorded indicators.Result:One:The treatment group in improving patients itching, lesion area, the severity of the lesions, reduce the EASI score were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Two:The TEWL, water content of stratum corneum in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tonifying spleen and texture of skin powder combined with net surface treatment damp abundance due to deficiency of spleen type infantile eczema infantile eczema has better clinical efficacy and repair skin, improve skin barrier function. It summarized the clinical path and plan with specific prescriptions, conducive to the promotion and application.
