Objective:This study was designed to observe the muscles beginning and endingpoints of massage therapy for neck and shoulder syndrome advantage, provide the clinicalbasis to improve the therapeutic effect. Part of the mechanism for the Scale compositescore and the use of methods to evaluate the muscle starting and ending point massagetherapy efficacy, safety, and explore its role in the promotion, the application of the therapyto provide a more scientific basis.Methods:Randomized controlled observation of62cases of neck and shouldersyndrome, all in all patients signed informed consent, in accordance with the unifieddiagnostic criteria, inclusion and exclusion criteria for rigorous screening.62patients withneck and shoulder syndrome patients were randomly divided into a treatment group,31patients and a control group of31cases.Pain scores in the two groups of patients, clinicalsymptoms and signs, the overall clinical efficacy were compared. After treatment, theoverall effect of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, the two groups ofpatients with clinical symptoms signs points, pain scores.Control group: turn neck roll pushed the law, holding a plucked Act, the rubbing pointmethod, rolling method, mentioning end shake carotid law, oblique pull method, andfinally get the shoulder well, hypothenar rub, rub, slap neck back3-5times.Treatment group: basic steps with the control group. Repeat5-10times. The two groups ofpatients were treated for two courses, the course of three days of rest between.1course10times, each time for about30minutes of treatment,1time/day, were evaluated after2courses of treatment. Results:Two groups of patients before and after treatment of the symptoms and signs,pain scores were significantly improved, and the symptoms and signs before and aftertreatment, pain scores were significantly different in the treatment group than the controlgroup. Treatment group were cured,17(54.84%) patients were cured,10(32.26%) cases,2(6.45%) cases,2(6.45%) cases, the total efficiency of93.55%; control group were cured13(41.94%) cases, effective in12(38.70%) cases, effective3(9.68%) cases and3(9.68%)cases, the total efficiency of90.32%; no significant difference between the two groupsoverall efficacy. In the course of treatment without adverse reactions.Conclusion:The results show that the muscles beginning and ending points ofmassage therapy in the treatment of neck and shoulder syndrome, has significant efficacyadvantage in terms of cure rate, symptoms and signs, pain scores.
