Purpose:In order to explore the variety character and the related significance,we should analysis the related data indicators by the application of sEMG.Through this experiment,we try to enrich and expand functional assessment of the current exercise physiology content and detection methods.Method:We should arrange 12 subjects carry on running on the treadmill.The exercise intensity as follows:incremental exercise;V70%VO2max with 10% gradient uniform exercise;V85%VO2max uniform exercise;upper and lower incremental gradient and uniform walk. In the above experiment, we need to continuously and consistently monitor the change of sEMG,heart rate and gas metabolism(VE,VO2)indicators.Result:(1)In the incremental exercise,iEMG values increases overall along with the increase of the sport intensity and the appearance of fatigue.In the course of high-intensity in running at the uniform rate in flat slope,iEMG values show the trend of decrease at first,then increase.In the course of running uphill at the uniform rate,iEMG values of the biceps femoris and unit extraocular muscles show the trend of decreasing at first,then increasing,while iEMG values of other muscles monitored all show the trend of increasing along with the increasing of sport time.(2)In the incremental exercise,MF values reduce at first,then increase.In the course of running uphill and in flat slope at the uniform rate,MF values overall show the trend of decreasing along with the increasing of the sport time. And in the whole course of running uphill and in flat slope at the uniform rate until fatigue,the change range of MF values of the same muscles is similar,and they show the same trend of declining gradually,the descending order of which is GM>VM>VL>TA> GL >BF.(3)In the course of running downhill progressively increased at the uniform rate,iEMG values of TA and gastrocnemius decrease with gradient,while iEMG values of VM,VL, BF increase with gradient.And in the course of running uphill progressively increased at the uniform rate,iEMG values of lower limb muscle increase with gradient.Conclusion:(1)In the incremental exercise,iEMG values of the lower limb muscles present whole increasing along with the increase of the sport burthen,while the value of MF increased at first,then lower.(2)In the course of running at the uniform rate of V85%VO2max in flat slope until fatigue,iEMG of the the muscles of lower limb reduce at first,then increase along with the increasing of the sport time and the appearance of fatigue. ( 3 ) In the course of running at the uniform rate of V70%VO2max,10% in flat slope until fatigue,iEMG values of the biceps femoris and unit extraocular muscles reduce at first,then increase,while that of the tibialis anterior muscle,gastrocnemius muscle and musculi vastus medialis increase along with the increasing of sport time.MF present itself the change characteristics of decrease(.4)The iEMG values of the lower limb muscles doing centripetal exercise,is bigger than doing centrifugal exercise.
