The Establishment Of Hypertension Syndrome Of Liver-qi Stagnation Diagnostic Scale Based On Delphi Methods

Objective: To establish quantitative diagnostic standard of liver-qi stagnationSyndrome of hypertension and explore a new method of standardization of TCM syndromedifferentiation based on Delphi methods.Methods: The macroscopic diagnostic scale of liver-qi stagnation Syndrome ofhypertension was constituted according to literature research，expert consultation. Then,the re1iability, validity and responsiveness of the scale were evaluated. The macroscopicquantitative diagnostic model and standard of liver-qi stagnation Syndrome ofhypertension were established by determining item weights according to epidemiologicalinvestigation. Clinical diagnostic experiments were performed on the standard finally.Results: The diagnostic scale of liver-qi stagnation Syndrome of hypertension wascompiled and proved to have good re1iability, validity and responsiveness. Thequantitative diagnostic standard of liver-qi stagnation Syndrome of hypertension wasestablished, whose lowest critical value was276.5. Clinical diagnostic experiment showedthat it had high sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and positive likelihood ratio.Conclusion: The diagnostic scale of liver-qi stagnation Syndrome of hypertensionestablished through scale compilation, statistical analysis and clinical verification has goodfeasibility, accuracy and clinical practical value. The results of this research will offerstandardized scale for further research of liver-qi stagnation Syndrome of hypertension andprovide ideas and methods for standardization study on other syndromes.
