Objective: Based on establishing the quantified diagnosis model of hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation, to explore feasibility method of standardization research of diagnosis from TCM syndrome under the combination of diseases, syndrome. Methods: To establish the first edition diagnostic scale of hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation based on literature research and questionnaires survey from experts. Evaluate the reliability, validity and responsiveness of the second edition scale, which was established by scale test and item selection. On the basis of epidemiological investigation, calculate the diagnostic threshold of hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation by using the scale as measurement tool. Finally, a clinical diagnostic test will be carried out to test and verify the scale. Results: Compile the diagnostic scale of hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation and comprehensive evaluative show that it is responding well on reliability, validity and responsiveness. And the diagnostic threshold value of the scale is 254. Clinical diagnostic test results show that the standard has a high sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and positive likelihood ratio. Conclusion: The diagnostic scale of hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation has representativeness, accuracy and practical value, which was established by literature survey, clinical epidemiological investigation and expert consultation. The result will provide standardization scale of hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation and give a feasible thought and method of standardization research for other diseases, syndrome.
