The Explore Of The Features Between Stroke Aura People And Body Constitution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective：The research investigates to explore the features betweenStroke Aura People and Body Constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine andtype of distribution of physical medicine and major physical features of thetype for providing scientific basis for prevention and treatment of StrokeAura.Methods：Select September2012to September2013in First AffiliatedHospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TheTraditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shandong Province) medical groupsfor the Cerebral vascular function detection, and refer to the physical surveyquestionnaire "Classification of Chinese constitution”,the people who meetsthe Traditional diagnostic criteria has stroke aura types of constitutionsand the analysis of correlation between objective indicators, and usesstatistical software SPSS17.0for statistical analysis to explore theregularity of the main body types and relevance.Results：(1) in the2877casesof the survey population，the number of people who meet diagnostic criteriais141cases, of which86patients a single body type (60.99%),50cases ofboth types of constitutions (35.46%),5cases of three or more physical typeof person (3.55%);(2) The level of the main body types of stroke aura are:phlegm (26.25%), yin deficiency (14.89%),qi deficiency and phlegm (11.35%),qi deficiency and blood stasis (7.80%), qi deficiency (5.67%);(3) Theproportion of men and women between qi deficiency and blood stasis and stroke aura was different (p=0.025<0.05); in the five types, yin deficiency isthe youngest, qi deficiency and blood stasis and qi deficiency is the oldest,qi deficiency and blood stasis is different from qi deficiency and phlegm (p<0.05); the risk factors from high to low are hypertension, eating salty, highcholesterol, heart disease, drinking, smoking, family history of stroke,diabetes mellitus, There was significant difference between male and femalein drinking, smoking and diabetes mellitus. Phlegm and Qi deficiency andphlegm in body mass index are overweight or obesity in general. The order ofbody mass index levels were: Phlegm> Qi deficiency and phlegm> Qi deficiencyand blood stasis> Qi deficiency> Yin deficiency, The five body types werenot same (p <0.05);there are no significant difference degree with Men andwomen in cerebrovascular function. Conclusions：①Stroke Aura people showeda single of physical body, two body, three or more physical phase and there,in which a larger proportion was a single body.②The main body types: phlegm,yin deficiency,qi deficiency and phlegm, qi deficiency and blood stasis, qideficiency;③The gender ratio for stroke aura is1.52:1, qi deficiency andblood stasis is more common in women, people who with qi deficiency and bloodstasis and Qi deficiency are older, yin deficiency are younger. Malepatients have a higher rate than women in smoking, drinking and diabetes, thehyperlipidemia (75.7%) was the highest in phlegm, phlegm and Qi deficiencyand phlegm patients tend tooverweight or obese body, compared with Yindeficiency and Qi deficiency, phlegm, Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness andQi deficiency and blood stasis have a larger effect on the minimum flowvelocity.
