Objective: In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standard, the life pressureincrease, and the aging of the population, the incidence of diabetic coronary heart disease, mortality is increasingly rising, which cause serious damage to people’s health. This researchadopts the cross-sectional study method, the syndrome elements as the center, around theconclusion diabetic coronary heart disease in TCM clinical syndrome characteristics of thedistribution. Lay the foundation for prevention and treatment of diabetic coronary heartdisease of traditional Chinese medicine disease. Methods: Using cross-sectional survey method, this study first by CNKI database access tomedical knowledge nearly20years of literature on literature research, through theestablishment of the database, using relevant statistical methods, reference for clinicalsyndrome law, summarize the syndrome distribution characteristic; Secondly by collatingdiabetic coronary syndromes questionnaires to collect356cases of diabetic patients withcoronary heart disease (CHD) data statistical analysis, summarize the law of syndromedistribution. Results: the results of the survey show that from the result of literature research and clinicalcase study research, clinical features of diabetic coronary heart disease characterized byvirtual reality, factors; Deficiency syndrome is given priority to with Yin, deficiency, demonstration is given priority to with phlegm turbidity and blood stasis. From the surveyresults show that the most common symptoms are: chest tightness, dry mouth, fatigue, annoying, thirsty, chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, polyuria, palpitations, dizziness, weakness, less gas lazy words, god is dark heavy, tongue ecchymosis of arteries and veins, etc., mainly factors syndrome. According to the clustering analysis of the common symptomsfinally concluded that often witness syndrome can be divided into three categories: qideficiency, Yin deficiency and phlegm turbidity, Yin deficiency, qi deficiency and phlegmturbidity, blood stasis and phlegm turbidity and blood stasis. Clustering analysis commonlyused traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been studied, and the results are divided into6 categories of12small classes. Mostly Yiqiyangyin, expectorant circulation based, and innourishing the nerves, blood circulation, gas pain and so on.Conclusion:1. Yin deficiency, qi deficiency is the basis of the diabetes mellitus complicated with coronaryheartdisease.Literature study, syndrome research clew of the highest frequency in the single factor is theYin deficiency, qi deficiency, two-factor syndrome of deficiency of the highest occurrence ofYin deficiency. Clinical study of356cases of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease ofTCM syndrome research, concluded that syndrome distribution characteristics, in order, Yinqi deficiency>phlegm turbidity of blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome>Yang deficiencyof damp and hot> blood deficiency> water to drink.2. Phlegm turbidity is an important factor of Diabetes mellitus complicated with coronaryheartdiseaseoccurrence and development. This topic in the literature research, solid syndrome elements appear most of phlegm turbidity, accounted for13.6%; Clinical research, the solid is given priority to with phlegm turbiditysyndrome elements, in syndrome syndrome factor combination, the three factors and fourfactors have phlegm turbidity.3. Chinese medicine treatment with qi and nourishing Yin, eliminating phlegm blood to givepriority. To diabetic coronary heart disease by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clustering analysis,Specific drug use by Mostly Yiqiyangyin, expectorant circulation based, and in nourishing thenerves, blood circulation, gas pain and so on. Patients with reason in clinic should be aimed atdifferent specific etiology and pathogenesis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, chooseappropriate formulas, raise the clinical curative effect of Diabetes mellitus complicated withcoronary.
