Objective:1. Through retrospective study of type 2 diabetes patients with different clinical data of hospitalized time, analysis the morbidity of type 2 diabetes patients complicated with coronary heart disease.2. Investigate the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:1.All patients for the first time in group:154 cases of type 2 diabetes patients repeatedly hospitalized in our hospital (male 93cases, female 61cases),the age range 29-91,the average age (58.0±12.9) years, the duration of diabetes 0-32year,average course 5.0 (1.0,10.0) year.2.5 years group:122 cases(male 67 cases, female 55cases), the age range29-91, the average age (58.4±13.1) years, the duration of diabetes 0-32year, average course 5.0 (1.8,10.0) year.3.10 years group:89cases(male 59cases,female 30cases), the age range29-84, the average age (57.0±12.4) years, the duration of diabetes 0-32 year, average course 4.0 (2.0,8.8) year.4.Collect the each hospitalization data of all patients(gender, age, past medical history, duration of diabetes, measuring blood pressure, height and weight, calculate BMI) and biochemical examination:blood lipid(TGN TC\ HDL-C、LDL-C), Blood glucose(FBG, PBG2h), renal function (UA、Cr), Glycosylated hemoglobin of T2DM patients,24 hours urine trace albumin,24 hours urinary protein, fundus examination, routine ECG examination, coronary angiography examination and coronary CT examination.Results:1. At the beginning of the observation,29.2%(45/154) prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.2. At the end of the observation,49.3% (76/154)prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.3.5 years after, the prevalence rate of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease with the 5 years group was 40.9%(50/122), the prevalence rate of hypertension was 64.7%(79/122), compared with the group for 5 years ago increased (P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4.10 years after, the prevalence rate of type2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease with the 10 groups was 50.5%(45/89), the prevalence rate of hypertension was 68.5%(61/89), compared with the group for the 10 years ago increased significantly (P<0.01), the difference was statistically significant.5. The morbidity of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease of 5 years was 20.0%, the morbidity of coronary heart disease with 10 years for 36.2%.6. The results of Logistics regression analysis show that the duration of diabetes、hypertension are risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Conclusion:1. Type 2 diabetes patients with the increase of duration, the increase in the prevalence of coronary heart disease.2. The morbidity of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease of 5 years was 20.0%,3. The morbidity of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease of 10 years was 36.2%.4. The duration of diabetes、hypertension are risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.
