Objective To observe the features of coronary angiography in male coronary heart disease(CHD)patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus, analyze the risk factors of multi-vessel lesions.]Methods 158 male CHD patients were divided into two groups based on the concurrence with DM(67 patients)or not(91 patients),were observed the features of coronary artery lesions after coronary angiography, and were measured the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Result The DM patients suffered more from three-vessel lesions, left main lesions and diffuse lesions than the non-DM patients(P<0.001).The non-DM patients suffered more from single-vessel lesions than the DM patients(P<0.001).The levels of hs-CRP in the DM group increased(P=0.04).The levels of hs-CRP in multi-vessel lesions patients were higher compared with single-vessel lesions patients(the DM group P<0.05,the non-DM group P<0.01).Type 2 DM and hs-CRP predicted independently coronary artery multi-vessel lesions according to logistic regression analysis. The DM patients suffered higher risk from multi-vessel lesions than the non-DM patients,2.234 folds(95%CI:1.692~3.114;P<0.001),and the patients of hs-CRP≥3mg/L suffered higher risk from multi-vessel lesions than the patients of hs-CRP<3mg/L,2.611 folds(95%CI:1.585~3.016:P<0.001).Conclusion The male CHD patients complicated with type 2 DM suffered more from multi-vessel lesions, left main lesions and diffuse lesions.Type 2 DM and hs-CRP were the independently prognostic risk factors of the coronary artery multi-vessel lesions.
