Objective: the aim of this study was to summarize the literature of wind wheel indiseasepathogenesis and for removing Nebula in the wind wheel disease in different stages ofdialectical application, analysis of the effect of combinedtreatment for removing Nebula windwheel disease, understanding so as to improve the understanding of pathogenesis of windwheel disease and its application for removing Nebula for law, for removing Nebula methodprovides certain theory basis in the treatment of wind wheel disease clinical application,hasthe vital significance.Methods:1, the use of traditional Chinese medicine theory and the method of literatureresearch, the wind wheel disease ancient literature comprehensively and systematicallyunderstand finishing, objectively summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of the theory ofChinese medicine wind wheel disease, as well asfor removing Nebula in the wind wheeldisease in different stages of dialecticalapplication.2, review and prospective collection, summary and analysis of the hospitaldepartment of Ophthalmology from January to2013in2011Decemberoutpatient andinpatient punctate keratitis, creamy nebula, flower nebulacases.Results: in the63eyes in the statistical punctate keratitis, basic cure in43eyes,18eyesimproved,2eyes, the total effective rate was96.83%. Creamy Nebula in49eyes,38eyescured,9eyes improved,2eyes, the total effective rate was95.92%.Conclusion: the results showed that: tuiyi Mingmu method in the treatment ofpunctatekeratitis, creamy nebula, two kinds of disease were the total efficiencywas not significantlydifferent, have the obvious curative effect, two kinds ofdisease after treatment, visual acuitywas restored, punctate keratitis patientsvisual acuity was better than that of patients withcreamy nebula.
