Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Wind Heat Type Herpes Simplex Keratitis With Wind Wheel Disease Main Recipe And Subtraction

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the diagnosis and treatment process of 60 cases of herpes simplex keratitis,and explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of the treatment of wind wheel disease in the treatment of viral keratitis.Objective To observe the changes of the indicators in patients with herpes simplex keratitis before and after treatment,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of this disease,so as to provide guidance for clinical application.Methods:60 patients with herpes simplex keratitis were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the random 1:1.In the observation group based on routine treatment of Western medicine oral disease prescription jiajianprescription main wind wheel,use water decoction,1 dose per day,two times before the decocting liquid after mixing orally two times,third times for decocting liquid smoked eyes.The control group used Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel(Hubei Keyi pharmaceutical production),once every 3 hours,oral vitamin C,vitamin B2 tablets,with iridocyclitis complications when given Atropine gutta mydriasis,four times a day,seriously changed once every two hours.The two groups were 10 days for 1 courses,with a total of 3 courses.Results:(1)In the treatment group,29 cases were cured,15 eyes were cured,10 eyes were markedly effective,7 eyes were effective,2 eyes were invalid,the total effective rate was 94.12%.The control group was treated 28 cases,cured 10 eyes,markedly effective 13 eyes,effective 5 eyes,invalid 3 eyes,the total effective rate was 3.The curative effect of the two groups was compared,and the statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in P <0.05,which had statistical significance.(2)The treatment group had less time than the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),with statistical significance.(3)The improvement of visual acuity in the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(4)The follow-up patients have been cured for 3 months,the results showed that 29 cases in the treatment group 6 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 20.69%,28 cases in control group,9 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 32.14%,after statistics processing,P <0.05,the difference was significant,with statistical significance,within one year of treatment group complex the incidence was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion:(1)The treatment of wind turbines and main prescriptions is effective in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis of liver meridian and wind heat type.The combination of Chinese and Western medicine can improve the therapeutic effect of this disease and relieve the sufferings of patients.(2)Routine antiviral therapy combined with oral administration of wind wheel disease decoction can shorten the treatment time of herpes simplex keratitis and make the treatment more efficient.(3)Conventional antiviral therapy combined with oral administration of wind wheel disease main prescription can better improve vision.(4)Routine antiviral therapy combined with oral administration of wind wheel disease decoction can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of the disease and relieve the anxiety of patients.The majority of patients are willing to accept it,and the price is low,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
