The Research Of Rehabilitation Effect On Patients With COPD For Lung And Kidney Deficiency Type By Treating Winter Disease In Summer Acupoint Sticking Therapy Combined With The "Six Strategics" Skills Training

Objective:This research through the observation in the summer of "winter disease cure" acupoint sticking with the "six strategics" skills training for lung and kidney deficiency type stability the rehabilitation effect of COPD, discusses the stability of COPD patients, somatic symptoms, lung function exercise endurance, nutritional status, the influence of the quality of life and prognosis.Methods:Choose according to Excel Rand random grouping statements, in line with the diagnostic criteria of stability of 60 cases of patients with COPD, divided into trial group and control group 30 cases each.Two groups of patients were given basic treatment (health education, conventional drugs, winter summer treat acupoint sticking therapy);Patients in the control group on the basis of both use "six strategics" skills training (select one of the word "si" tactic and the word "chui" travel ling). Six months after treatment, the observation groups of patients before and after the treatment of pulmonary function, improve the MRC dyspnea index (mMRC),6 min walking distance (6 MWDS), body mass index (BMI), the BODE index, st George’s respiratory questionnaire (SGRQ) scores, and the changes in the number of acute episodes in half yearResults:Six months after treatment, the mMRC,6 MWDS, BODE index, SGRQ total score and scores of each dimension, and acute episodes in six months, the experimental group and control group respectively before treatment were improved (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01), the curative effect is better than that of control group and test group (P< 0.05);Experimental group and control group in the lung function and BMI improvements are not obvious (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1. Winter disease summer for acupoint sticking with the "six strategics" skills training and simple acupoint sticking therapy in improving lung and kidney deficiency type stabilization of COPD patients breathing difficulties, exercise endurance, quality of life has significant curative effect and prognosis, summer and winter disease cure acupoint sticking with the "six strategics" achievement method curative effect is superior to the simple acupoint sticking therapy training.2. Winter disease summer for acupoint sticking with the "six strategics" skills training and simple acupoint sticking therapy of lung and kidney deficiency type in the short term stability and BMI to improve lung function in COPD patients is not obvious.3.For stabilization of COPD patients on the basis of conventional drugs can be promoted as acupoints were applied, inspecting and six travelling such simple and cheap, less side effects of traditional Chinese medicine therapy to supplement their rehabilitation.
