Purpose: In our experiment, we replicated rat model of qi deficiency and liver depression due to angering rat tail folder, through smoking. Through studying general situation and behavior, collecting rat lung tissue, liver tissue,to observe relevant measurement and observation,we explore the relevance of traditional Chinese medicine hepatopulmonary research, deepen the understanding of the classical theory of Chinese medicine, provide experimental basis for clinical practice in order to make the theory better guide clinical practice.Mothed: Our experiment select 42 Wistamale rats r, body weighting(200±20)g, randomly divided into 3 groups, normal control group, lung qi deficiency group, fire due to liver stagnation group, each 14. we replicated rat model of qi deficiency and liver depression due to angering rat tail folder, through smoking. During 30 days of model setting, we observed general condition and behavior of rats. Then we sacrificed animals ,collected liver, lung tissues , observed the pathological changes of lung tissues of rats, liver tissue under light microscope and lung tissue, and detected GSH, MDA in liver tissue,ICAM-1,MCP-1,CCR2 expression in lung tissue through immunohistochemistry, and ultrastructural changes in liver of lung qi deficiency rats under electron microscopy, and used SPSS13.0 software statistical treatment to deal experimental data.Result: Our results showed that liver and lung connected with each other;GSH, ICAM-1, MCP-1, CCR2 in lung in liver depression group were different from normal group; GSH, MDA and electron microscopy expressing in liver tissue of lung qi deficiency group were different from normal group. This experiment verified that liver and lung in TCM has a close correlation to some extent from further levels , revealed the essence of hepatopulmonary relevance from traditional Chinese medicine theory, and provided a scientific basis and research ideas for organs relating of classical theory in TCM.
