Chihuaixinshucapsule high-dose group effect is better than that Xuesaitong group.Conclusion:Pharmacological animal experimental results show that the Chihuaixinshucapsule can improve myocardial ischemia in a certain extent, Its mechanism may be related toreduce experimental acute myocardial ischemia in rats serum creatine kinase (CK), lactatedehydrogenase (LDH), aspertate aminotransferase (AST) activity, increased myocardial tissuesuper oxide dismutase (SOD) activity, reduce the malondialdehyde (MDA), and protect themyocardium, have the effect that improve myocardial ischemia, prompt it to have certainexperimental basis for clinical prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease anginapectoris.
