| Yi Xin capsule is a new medicine on treating anginapectoris of coronary heart disease , which is elaboratelytriturated by Harbin Quanyi medicine company based on theperennial clinical experience of numerous specialists andtraditional medical theory.It has been ratified by nativemedicine supervisory bureau and in the third stage ofclinical obserbison.The study took acute myocardialischemia rabbit as animal model and long Xin Luo capsuleas control medicine.We proke into the mechanism of actionof Yi Xin capsule on preventing and curing myocardialischemia.The study results show that Yi Xin capsule canobviously reduce endothelin content in plasma andmyocardium tissue of myocardial ischemia rabbit.It can alsonotably alleviate pathological and microstructural injury ofischemia myocardium tissue,which has the similar fuction tothat of Tong Xin Luo capsule.The results indicate Yi Xincapsule has the function of preventing and treatingmyocardial ischemia.It can improve endothelial celldysfunction by protecting vessel endothelialcel of ischemicmyocardium and reducing the formation and liberation ofendothelin,which maybe one of the Yi Xin capsulemechanism of action on preventing and curing myocardialischemia. |
