Purpose: Through clinical observation study,allow an objective evaluation to the mostcommon clinical qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy patientson the basis of foundation treatment and xiaokebitong capsule:clinincal efficacy and safety.Verify the mechanism of xiaokebitong capsule, Treatment for DPN perfecting its thinkingmethods.Method: Met the inclusion criteria qi deficiency and blood stasis type DPN patients and numbered60cases, line random digit grouping, no matter the treatment groupand control group are30cases. This experiment using a parallel-group, own before and after the observation method. Treatment group give xiaokebitong capsule; the control group give mu dan particles.The three course of treatment of the two sets of datafor statistical analysis.Result: By statistical analysis of the treatment group after the end of treatment, the treatment group than the control group total curative effect has obvious advantages(P <0.05),the total effective rate was83.3%, the total efficiency of the control groupwas70.0%; And the treatment group can improve blood glucose, monofilament pressure test and nerve conduction velocity.There were no adverse events occurred during theexperiment.Conclusion: Use xiaokebitong capsule in the treatment of DPN, can effectively improve the qi deficiency and blood stasis type DPN patients with clinical symptoms and signs, and improve the patient’s quality of life; the Security of drug is higher,it has application prospect and huge market potential, prevention and research level of Chinese medicine DPN can be improved to a certain extent.
