Objective: This topic through the collection of ancient medical literature andmodernliterature, systematic analysis of past dynasties doctor guidance method intheapplication of Department of ophthalmology disease, of importance, channel Law Treatingophthalmopathy extensive. And reviewed from2012April up to now, my branch uses thechannel law treatment parts of hydro disease cases,through clinical cases analysis, to illustratethe importance of using channel lawtreatment of hydro disease.Methods:1.collection, access to self "via" until the Ming and Qing Dynasties,discussedlater physicians to enlighten and hydro disease classical medical books and modernresearch literature, systematic analysis, Dynasties "Xiaoke eye disease","sudden blindness","clouds moving over the eye" hydro diseaseknowledge, to investigate the pathogeniccharacteristics of turbine disease, andsum up the application of ancient physicians forguidance law in the Department of ophthalmology disease.2.retrospective analysis of the hospital department of Ophthalmology from2012since April by channel law treatment "Xiaoke eye disease","sudden blindness","cloudsmoving over the eye" inpatient and outpatient cases, and the curative effect of treatment of thedisease to enlighten respectively were analyzed.Results: The channel law treatment Xiaoke eye disease statistics in the248eyes,0eyescured,224eyes improved,24eyes, the total effective rate was90.32%.Collateral damageand sudden blindness in108eyes,10eyes cured,89eyes improved,9eyes, the total effectiverate was91.67%. Opacities of vitreous in128eyes,6eyes cured,120eyes improved,2eyes,the total effective rate was98.43%.Conclusion: The results show that: Xiaoke eye disease treated by hydroDiseaseDepartment of Ophthalmology enlighten, collateral damage and sudden blindness, thecloud moved eyes have obvious effect, suggesting that results in the statistics of cases,guidance method in the treatment of cloud moved eyethe most significant effect, treatment ofcollateral damage sudden blindnesscurative effect is better than that of Xiaoke eye disease.Obviously recoveredvisual acuity with guidance method in the treatment of three diseases,Xiaoke eye disease patients visual acuity is the most obvious. Treatment Xiaoke eye diseasewith channel law of yin and yang deficiency blood stasis and phlegm coagulation two, curative effect is better than the deficiency of both qi and Yin,blood stasis type. Treatment ofcollateral damage and sudden blindness of qi stagnation and blood stasis type, hyperactivityof Yang due to yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis type three type, phlegm and bloodstasis type the best curative effect. Treatment of opacities of eye with channel lawofdeficiency of the liver and kidney, deficiency of Spleen Qi, qi stagnation and blood stasistype three, according to the statistics of the case, the mostsignificant effect of qi stagnationand blood stasis type.
