The Study On The Classic Formula Sorting And Applied Based Six-channel Differentiaton And Wei-QI-Ying-Xue Syndrome Differentiation System

Six-channel differentiation and wei-qi-camp-blood syndrome differentiation is an important differentiating methods of exogenous febrile. The relationship between them is the focus of the "cold and warm controversy", is also the key problem should be sovled in "cold and warm controversy"Objective:To discuss the fusion method of Six-channel differentiation and wei-qi-ying-xue syndrome differentiation, put forward a new hypothesis: six-channel and four-dimensional differentiation model, and prove its rationality and clinical relevance.Methodology:By analyses to the all previous dynasty literature about "Liujing" and "Wei Qi Ying Xue", determine the essence of "Liujing" and the relationship between "Liujing" and "Wei Qi Ying Xue", put forward a new "six-channel differentiation" and "wei-qi-ying-xue syndrome differentiation" fusion method, form a new syndrome differentiation system.By using the new system of syndrome differentiation to sort the classical prescriptions of "Shanghan Lun" and "Warm disease Study", illustrates its rationality.By using the new system of syndrome differentiation to analysis the consilias of famous Masters of TCM and my mentor, to illustrate its clinical practicability.Conclusions:The unification of cold disease and warm disease lies in how to handle the relationship between "six-channel differentiation" and "wei-qi-ying-xue syndrome differentiation". It is posible to fuse "six-channel differentiation" and "wei-qi-ying-xue syndrome differentiation", the key is how to fuse."Liujing" is refer to "Taiyang disease, Yangming disease, Shaoyang disease, Taiyindisease, Shaoyindisease, Jue Yin disease" collectively. From the perspective of historical development,"Sixiang" includes "Taiyang, Shaoyang, Taiyin, Shaoyin" appear firstly,"Liujing" is named because of added "Jue Yin" and "Yangming" into "Sixiang", It is great invention of TCM,"Liujing" is triplicated Yin and Yang, this is becaues "three" has the meaning of "the end of the temporary" and "the beginning of the unlimited" in philosophy area." Liujing " system should include "zang-fu organs, meridians and collaterals, the muscle, skin, and bowels skeleton, etc.". Human body is divided into six systems with different characteristics by "Liujing", and their different characteristic is related to its subordinate viscera function and Qihua characteristics. So Six-channel differentiation of "treatise on febrile diseases" should include zang-fu organs, meridians and Qihua."Wei-qi-ying-xue syndrome differentiation" is a kind of differentiation method to warm disease. In fact,"Wei, Qi, Ying, Xue" are nutrient substance Inside and outside human body. All the happening and development of the disease are related to that "wei, qi, ying, xue" are affected. The specific performance is related to the nature of the characteristics of "Liujing" and the nature of the pathogens.Every channel has "Wei, Qi, Ying, Xue" in "Liujing".
