Effects Of Dredging And Warming Governor Vessel Method On The Inflammatory Indicators Of Patients With Active Ankylosing Spondylitis

Purpose: In this work, the influence of dredging and warming governor vessel method(The treatment group)and western medicine therapy(The control group)on ErythrocyteSedimentation Rate(ESR)，C-reactive Protein(CRP)and immunoglobulin A(IgA) of the activepatients with ankylosing spondylitis has been investigated. It shows that the dredging andwarming governor meridian method is an effective method on the treatment of ankylosingspondylitis. The mechanism of dredging and warming governor vessel method on thetreatment of ankylosing spondylitis was also be discussed. These investigation results willprovide a relatively novel method for curing the ankylosing spondylitis.Method:63patients with clinical diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis activity wererandomly divided into two groups according to their registration order. Among them,32patients joined in treatment group and other31joined in control group. The patients intreatment group were treated with dredging and warming governor vessel method and thepatients in control group were given oral willow nitrogen sulfadiazine. All patients receivedlaboratory examination of the ESR, CRP, IgA before the treatment, and after one and twocourses treatment. The indicators of examination were detailedly recorded. The index changesbefore and after the treatment were analysised with statistical method. After these processes,the curing effects these two treatments were discussed.Result:1.On inflammation index ESR, after the first treatment course, the control group(Western medicine group) is more effective than the treatment group (dredging and warminggovernor vessel group)(P <0.01); After the second courses of treatment, the efficacy of thetreatment group than in control group (P <0.05).2.On inflammation index CRP, after the first treatment course, the control group andtreatment group can both reduce the inflammation index CRP, and the effect is thesame(P>0.05); after the second courses of treatment, the efficacy of the treatment group thanin control group (P <0.05).3.On inflammation index IgA, after the first treatment course, the control group is moreeffective than the treatment (P <0.01); after the second courses of treatment, the treatmentgroup and the control group can both reduce the inflammation index IgA, and the effect is the same (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The action of the western medicine in the treatment of ankylosingspondylitis is faster than dredging and warming governor vessel method,but the final effect isbetter than that of western method2.As a novel treatment method, dredging and warming governor vessel method isdefinite efficiency and safety, and can be used in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
