Objective:This study was joint mobilization combined with massage and rehabilitation training therapy college athletes efficacy of chronic ankle injury. Three combine to form a new treatment and rehabilitation programs, aimed to investigate the feasibility and efficacy of this set of solutions, and available for the treatment of chronic ankle injury theoretical basis.Method:All athletes come from the soccer team of Hubei University, the patients will be randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and twelve in the control group of twelve people, All patients from Hubei University Futsal soccer athletes. Control group:take the Fengshi, Zusanli, Taixi, Kunlun, Qiuxu, Jiexi, Taichong, and other points massage therapy, Combined strength of the ankle joint, flexibility and balance rehabilitation training. Treatment groups:based on the control group, coupled with joint mobilization therapy. Treatment were every other day, treatment for six months. Before treatment, during and after all of the observed indicators to assess the final assessment of the indicators were statistically analyzed.Results:Before treatment and compared to the motor nerve conduction velocity in addition no significant differences, other indicators in the treatment groups, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) after treatment than before. The degree of integration of pain, range of motion, muscle strength score, standing on one foot with eyes closed the whole time and AOFAS score five indicators treatment control group and the treatment group scores after treatment in the control group and the treatment group scores were comparing. Treatment of muscle strength, standing on one foot with eyes closed the whole time and AOFAS scores were not significantly different (p>0.05), pain intensity, range of motion scores were significantly different; after the treatment, the degree of pain, range of motion, muscle strength, eyes closed, standing on one foot, AOFAS score improved the overall rate higher than the control group. In the control group, the improvement of the symptoms of a more balanced, improving the role of the relative degree of pain and other symptoms better.Conclusion:Compared with before treatment, two groups have significant effect in the aspects of the improvement of pain, range of motion, single room with eyes closed standing time, AOFAS ankle Overall Rating, This therapy is a simple, easy to accept patient characteristics, should be widely applied. Compared with the control group, the degree of improvement in the time to stand on one leg with eyes closed most prominent, followed by the range of motion and improve overall AOFAS score. And simple massage therapy combined with rehabilitation training to improve the degree of pain and other symptoms is relatively better. Improvement in pain, range of motion, the treatment group improvement over the control group and improvement of the big fast, while in the improving of standing on one foot with eyes closed, AOFAS ankle overall score, with the course of treatment requires prolonged treatment after theshow than the control group superior results.
