Objectives:In the study,by observing the effect of the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technology(PNF)combined with multi-angle isometric exercise(MIE)training on the rehabilitation of athletes in snow sports after knee joint injury,a more targeted rehabilitation experiment scheme for the functional recovery of athletes in snow sports after knee joint injury was discussed.Meanwhile,a new statistical analysis can be provided for the rehabilitation for the athletes in snow sports after knee joint injury.Methods:A total of 30 snow sports athletes with knee joint injuries were randomly divided into three groups.The multi-angle isometric training was performed in Group A;the proprioceptive neuromuscular stimulation was performed in Group B.The proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technology combined with multi-angle isometric exercise training were proformed in Group C.The rehabilitation training 3 times a week for 6 weeks were provided to the experiment subjects.The circumference of thigh above patella by 10 cm,the strength of quadriceps and hamstring muscles and the balance ability pre and post the experiment were measured,and the indices were statistically analyzed.Results: By analyzing the pre and post experiment indices of the circumference of thigh above patella by 10 cm,the strength of quadriceps and hamstring muscles and the balance ability of the subjects in the groups respectively,it can be concluded that there was no significant difference in pre-experiment indices(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference in post-experiment indices(P<0.05);compared with the three rehabilitation therapies,to the other two groups,the obvious improvements were existed in the post-experiment indices of Group C the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technology combined with multi-angle isometric exercise training group.There was no significant difference in the improvement of the indices between Group A multi-angle isometric exercise training group and Group B the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technology group(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Performed the multi-angle isometric exercise training,the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technology and the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technology combined with multi-angle isometric exercise training in the treatment respectively for the athletes in snow sports after the knee joint injury,the positive effects can be seen in all the three treatments for the rehabilitation of the knee joint injury,the indices of the circumference of thigh above patella by 10 cm,the strength of the quadriceps and hamstring muscles,and the balance ability got great improvement.(2)Compared with only performing the multi-angle isometric exercise training or the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technology,more advantages and better effects were existed in the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technology combined with multi-angle isometric exercise training.
