Objective:cervical spinal cord after posterior double door vertebra canal rotation with C5nerveroot palsy. Methods:a retrospective analysis in January2013to December2014in our hospital140routinecervical posterior laminoplasty of cervical vertebra tube double door vertebra canal stenosisdisease in patients with cervical spine MRI data,(78male and female62cases; Age41to82years old, with an average of61.4+/-9.4years old;17~240months. Duration. Line ofcervical posterior double open the door vertebral canal, which occur C5nerve root palsygroup:11cases, control group without C5nerve root palsy occurred group:129cases.Comparison between the two groups in age, sex, operation time, blood loss, preoperative andpostoperative JOA score, preoperative, postoperative spinal rotation Angle, the Angle ofrotation spinal cord spinal rotation Angle change and postoperative spinal cord (one-waydistance difference. Results:two groups of patients’ age, sex, operation time, blood loss, preoperative andpostoperative JOA scores, JOA score period, postoperative spinal cord (one-way distance, high signal within the spinal cord was no significant difference; Two groups of patients withpreoperative and postoperative spinal rotation Angle rotation Angle and the rotation Angleon the spinal cord changes exist significant differences. Conclusion:1, posterior cervical double open the door after spinal canal C5nerve root palsyassociated with preoperative spinal rotation and postoperative spinal rotation changes.2, posterior cervical double open the door after spinal canal C5nerve root palsy hasnothing to do with the prognosis.
