The Doctor Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Post-stroke Depression

Objective:For early intervention in post stroke depression (PSD) used byChaihu clinical curative effect.Methods:60patients with depression after stroke patients, randomly dividedinto treatment group and control group. The treatment group (30cases) withconventional treatment of Western medicine in combination with traditionalChinese medicine decoction by chaihu. The control group (30cases) on the basisof routine treatment plus fluoxetine. Compared before and after treatment.Results:The scores of Hamilton depressionrating scale and Chinese medicalsymptom scale in the treatment group were superior to that in the control groupsignificantly(P<0.01)，neural function defect scale in the treatment group wasealso superior to that in the control group significantly(P≮O.05)．Conclusion:By chaihu promote nerve function rehabilitation of post strokedepression effect, good curative effect in treatment of post stroke depression.
