Diagnosis And Treatment Of Pancreatic Duct Stones

Objective:To analyze diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic duct stones, toprovide reference for diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic duct stones.Methods:A retrospective analysis of clinical data, the First Hospital of JilinUniversity, Bethune treated between January2010since October2014to19cases of patients with pancreatic duct stones, diagnostic methods andtreatment.Results:All patients underwent B-ultrasound and CT examination, the positiverates were73.7%,89.5%, combined with MRCP, ERCP positive rate canreach100%.8patients endoscopic treatment, in which case treatmentafter failure of conservative treatment; surgical treatment of11cases,postoperative complication rate was28.57%and0%, respectively; twohospital stay (P <0.01), and hospitalization costs (P <0.05) difference wasstatistically significant.Conclusion:US is the preferred imaging, combined with CT and MRCP canincrease the positive rate and provide a more reliable basis for treatment.Treatment should follow individualized treatment programs, strict indications, select the appropriate treatment. The key is to make thetreatment of chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic duct stones taken.
