Company Cantee is a kind of labor-intensive industy, at present it is labor inefficiency that the input of labor,fiscal and attach the importance to it are far not enough for the well-developed and fully utilized.Lacking of a standard,scientific,efficient performance management system leds to all these results.Hospital KH is a good example of this model.How to turnaround the situation of heavy lossees and the how to improve cohesion among the canteen teem is the problem that KH Hospital managemnet group has to face and solve.This article was written based on the study of the optimization the performance appraisal to canteen staff and try to find a breach for the current unfavorable situation of canteen.By using methods of Field research,Questionnaire and Literature integrate the performance appraisal theory to canteen actual situation.According to the current managmenet situation of KH Hospital,by analysis of internal and external environment as well as the human resources of different post of the staff,elaborate the key points as listed below:Determine Strategic objectives,Setting up performance management system,KPI Setting,Design for the postulate performance apprasial,Feedback of erformance appraisal,Application of appraisal result,Broadening the channal for staff representations for the appraisal results,besides, by using appraisal tools of KPI and360as well as intergrate the target managment execute the performance appraisal.The artical propose that effective performance appraisal must take necessary safeguard and the risk of current performance appraisal that may face.The artical advance the improvemnet suggestion for all post of canteen to raise the quolity of canteen staff,skill and working enthusiasm.The study of optimization of KH Hosptial canteen staff performance appraisal is the fumble and a try to the private-owned hospital canteen management.By using the method of performance appraisal leds KH Hospital canteen management goes to specialization,fine and normalization step by step.Without increasing the input but activate the internal vitality, improve the human efficiency,cost cutting for hospital,creating the hospital brand, cohesion the staff of canteen and hospital employee team, all these ensure the sustainability that helps the benign development. At the same time, it is the reference for those hospital who alos have employee canteen that need to setting up performance appraisal system.
