With the medical and health system reform,the medical industry has become one of the most promising industries in our country,and public hospitals are constantly reforming and innovating.Public hospital reform with its public welfare as the core,the most basic is for the people to provide cheap,convenient,safe and effective medical services.The protection of medical services first of all to the medical staff have adequate protection.But in the face of medical staff tired,low treatment issues,the establishment of a scientific and rational but also for the development of the hospital staff performance appraisal indicator system is particularly important.This paper first introduces the relevant theories and methods of performance appraisal,and makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current performance appraisal of BH People's Hospital through literatures and questionnaire survey.It is concluded that BH People's Hospital has great problems in employee performance appraisal,Assessment program is not perfect,different job assessment indicators are the same,the assessment indicators set unscientific,simply to assess and so on.In order to solve these problems,this paper uses the Balanced Scorecard Method and the Key Performance Indicator Method to re-design the performance evaluation indicator system of BH People's Hospital,including the service quality,workload,quality of work,staff growth,academic research and work efficiency of the six indicators.The new assessment system will examine the object to be broken down,is no longer a general staff;the selection of indicators more comprehensive,but also increased the weight of the design.This design is more scientific and reasonable,so that each employee more clearly understand their posts,personal goals and the overall development goals of the hospital,suitable for long-term development of staff and hospitals.Finally,the implementation of the assessment index system,and put forward the implementation process may arise problems and countermeasures.The new assessment system will improve the current status of the BH People's Hospital assessment,to solve the current assessment system in the main problems,the common development of hospitals and employees play a very important role.
