Background:Insomnia presents the trend of rising year by year in the global scope, is the clinical common disease frequently-occurring disease. It is not only related to biological factors, are also associated with psychological factors. At home and abroad studies have found that the psychological factors in the etiology of insomnia become the dominant factor. So the psychological treatment of insomnia has gradually become the focus of research. Currently used in the treatment of insomnia in clinical psychotherapy is more mature cognitive behavioral therapy. About the therapy of abundant research, explain psychological therapy efficacy in the treatment ofprimary insomnia.In the literature research of the domestic application of cognitive behavior or other psychological therapy for insomnia of literature reported less, operation specification, curative effect is not outstanding. This may be associated with psychological treatment of cultural factors. So to explore with Chinese native culture characteristics and universal applicability of psychological treatment technology as the main points of attention.The theory and methods of traditional Chinese medicine contains a lot of psychological treatment, also has a lot of literature and case records, but not enough system. Following characteristic development of traditional Chinese medicine therapy technology, the formation of traditional Chinese medicine and modern psychology "and modern TCM psychological treatment technology, become the important ways to solve the psychological and physical and mental diseases. TIP sleep regulation technology is produced in this background. Since founded the therapy in the treatment of primary insomnia has accumulated rich clinical experience, operation process specification. Through this research will further confirm TIP the clinical curative effect of treating primary insomnia sleep regulation technology, further standardize the operation process.Purpose:Observation the clinic efficacy of the treatment of primary insomnia by Sleep Regulating Technique of Low Resistance Thought Induction Psychotherapy (TIP sleeps regulation technique), Regulate the standardized operating procedures of TIP sleep technology.Method:According to the primary insomnia (Xindan Qixu type) of Chinese and western medicine diagnosis standard, insomnia patients (Xindan Qixu type)are enrolled from psychology department and sleep medicine clinic at Guang’An Men Hospital, China academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. According to the principle of random grouping, were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and the psychology of TCM treatment group,33cases in each group. Chinese traditional medicine group according to the heart and gallbladder qi deficiency type insomnia "yiqi of, nerves volunteers" the treatment principles of taking WenDan yiqi, calming nerves sedative effect WenDan calming nerves particles, Patients in Chinese medicine group boiled-water-granules Wen Dan Ning Xin grain6g once and3times a day for4weeks treatment. Patients in TCM psychological treatment group with TIP sleep regulation technique Cooperate with qigong induced relaxation music therapy,60minutes each time,2times a week for4weeks treatment. Observe the changes of the PSQI and PSG before and after treatment Using Excel input data, SPSS17.0statistical software package for statistical analysis and combined with the subjective and objective index to evaluate the clinical efficacy.The psychological treatment group patients complained of every detailed records and the treatment process, format the electronic medical records. The rest all have no significant difference (P>0.05). Comparisons within group: After4weeks, TCM psychological treatment group before and after treatment in total sleep time, sleep latency and awakening times, awakening time, than sleep, sleep efficiency, S3+S4percentage had significant difference (P<0.05);Sl sleep percentage, S2percentage, percentage of REM sleep, REM latency period no significant difference (P>0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the control group only on the awakening frequency and time had significant difference before and after the treatment (P<0.05),the rest of the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).3.Efficient comparisonApplication of PSQI deducted rate for efficient comparison between the two groups(effective positioning,>30%,invalid<30%),Psychological effective29cases in treatment group30cases (96.7%), invalid in1case (3.3%),Traditional Chinese medicine effective Chinese medicine control group22cases in the control group30cases (73.3%), invalid8cases (26.7%),Two groups of efficient has significant difference (x2=6.45, P=6.45).Conclusion:1.This study shows:Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine (TIP sleep regulation technology) and traditional Chinese medicine therapy (Wen Dan Ning Xin grain) for primary insomnia, especially guilty timid type insomnia has good curative effect. On the PSQI scale sleep efficiency, sleep time factor has significant improvement, In the PSG awakening time, number of evaluation index has improved significantly. Suggest two methods all can improve the patient’s subjective and objective indicators of sleep, improve sleep efficiency, reduce sleep wake up in the process, the relative prolong sleep time.2. TIP sleep regulation technology can improve the patient’s subjective sleep faster.According to the result of subjective evaluation index PSQI scale score of sleep, two weeks after the treatment of TIP sleep control group there is PSQI each factor score and total score of the obvious change.Shows the technology at least quickly improve the patient’s subjective feeling of sleep,Four weeks after each factor score and total score also maintained a significant differences, prompt the therapies in improving patients’ subjective sleep have the advantage of quick effect, efficacy lasting.3.TIP sleep regulation technology can improve the patient’s objective sleep condition. Increased by4weeks in patients with primary sleep total sleep time, shorten the sleep latency, improve sleep quality, reduce the awakening times and in the night time, increasing proportion of deep sleep three or four period, Tip this therapy can be used as a rapid effective method to improve sleep patterns in patients with primary insomnia, highlighted in the advantage of psychotherapy in the treatment of primary insomnia. But because of the present study has many limitations, this conclusion has yet to be further research to confirm.4.
