Objective:To observe the muscle-bone strengthening exercise training on degenerative arthritis of the knee in patients with the liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of TCM syndrome integral, the clinical comprehensive efficacy, degree of knee flexion, pain degree and c-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-1(IL-1),explore the muscle-bone strengthening exercise training on degenerative arthritis of the knee of the liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of the clinical curative effect and mechanism of action, thus for clinical popularization and application of the muscle-bone strengthening exercise provide certain clinical and theoretical basis.Methods:Would be in the inclusion criteria of90cases of degenerative arthritis of the knee in patients with the liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, in accordance with the random number table method, were randomly divided into muscle-bone strengthening exercise, plus moxibustion group (group A), moxibustion group (group B) and muscle-bone strengthening exercise group (group C),30cases in each group, group A was treated with muscle-bone strengthening exercise training plus moxibustion therapy, group B was treated with moxibustion therapy, group C was treated with muscle-bone strengthening exercise training therapy, observe three groups before treatment, after1months,2months after degenerative arthritis of the knee in patients with the liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of TCM syndromes, clinical efficacy, knee flexion, pain degree and the application of immune turbidimetric assay in90cases of degenerative arthritis of the knee with the liver and kidney deficiency syndrome in patients with CRP level, IL-1level change detection by ELISA method, comparing the indexes before and after treatment in three groups.Results:1The three groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, clinical curative effect were improved (P<0.05), the significant effect of group A (P<0.01), group A, group B,C clinical curative effect (P<0.05).group B and group C were no difference (P>0.05).2The three groups after treatment of knee flexion, improved (P<0.05), the group A significantly (P<0.01), B, C two group of. After1months of treatment, B, C two groups of equivalent (P>0.05),2months after treatment, the effect of group C was better than that of group B (P<0.05).3The three groups after treatment of knee joint pain were improved (P<0.05), the group A significantly (P<0.01), B, C two group of. After1months of treatment, B, C two groups of equivalent (P>0.05),2months after treatment, the effect of group B was better than that of group C (P<0.05).4The three groups after treatment CRP, IL-1levels were improved (P<0.05),the group A significantly (P<0.01), B, C two group of. After1months of treatment, B, C two groups of equivalent (P>0.05),2months after treatment, the effect of group B was better than that of group C (P<0.05).Conclusions:1The function of knee would be improved that degenerative arthritis of the knee in patients with the liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,the quality of life would be improved. Especially improved knee flexion adverse symptoms.2CRP, IL-1levels and disease activity in degenerative arthritis of the knee was correlated.The level of CRP and IL-1of degenerative arthritis of the knee in patients with the liver and kidney deficiency syndrome would reduced by Muscle-bone strengthening exercise activity.3Muscle-bone strengthening exercise training without any adverse effect on degenerative arthritis of the knee in patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome. 4Muscle-bone strengthening exercise training and moxibustion improve degenerative arthritis of the knee function was consistent, would be in clinical application in combined treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.5Insist for a long time once a day to maintain and exercise muscle-bone strengthening exercise,There was great significance in improving the degenerative arthritis of the knee with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome effects.
