Clinical Study Of Strong Kidney And Bone Soup In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis (Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney)

Objective: In this paper, through the clinical observation of decoction of Chinese herbal medicine qiangshenjiangu Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, according to traditional Chinese medicine knowledge, carry forward the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to make osteoarthritis disease of orthopedics and traumatology of TCM can develop in the treatment, and the patients in clinical remission. The spirit of "seeking medical treatment" principle in the course of treatment, starting from the root of "disease", to achieve the purpose of treatment, relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients, on this basis, further to create a more effective regimen of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine in the treatment of diseases in Department of orthopedics in the important role, so that the traditional Chinese medicine knowledge we have master for clinical use, strengthen the guidance to improve clinical diagnosis, treatment ability, reduce the pain of patients.Methods: selected 60 patients with cases of entry criteria of knee osteoarthritis(liver and kidney deficiency type) patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in the treatment group, treated with Decoction of Chinese medicine side(qiangshenjiangu soup) treatment; the control group of 30 cases, treated with oral(ZW) treatment, and clinical observation.Results: Clinical observation on two groups, comparing the efficacy, the results are as follows: the total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%, control group total effective rate was 93.3%, by statistical software to calculate the P value is greater than 0.05 between the two groups, namely, strong kidney Jiangu Decoction group and Zhuangguguanjie pill group were no significant difference in efficacy, there was no significant difference in the total effective rate of two groups.Conclusions: The clinical trial proved that TCM Decoction is effective on knee osteoarthritis, knee joint disease refractory used in traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods, to improve the clinical symptoms, the resumption of normal activities and other aspects of the effect is obvious, because of their drug use simple and economic, and less side effects, clinical research and development with the value high.
