Objective:Though observing the clinical curatire effect of treating cold urticaria with Jia Wei Dang Gui Si Ni Tang, to research and explore the clinical advantages of treating cold urticaria with Chinese medicine.Method:68cases of CU divided into two groups which are threatment group and control group (34cases were into treatment group and34cases in control group). In order to ensure that two groups of comparable, First of all, We need to analyze the balance of the two groups in terms of gender, age, course of the disease, illness of equilibrium before the research The treatment group is given Jia Wei Dang Gui Si Ni Tang and the control group is treated with Western medicine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of mizolastine. Observing the seizure frequency, the degree of pruritus, the number of urticaria, the wind group size, the duration of urticaria and adverse reactions of the two groups respectively. Furthermore, to evaluate the curative effect after a period of treatment treatment (four week), Respectively to compare the relationship of Gender, age, course of the disease, illness, treatment and curative effect. In the treatment of the first week, the second week, the third week, the first four weeks later, evaluate the recent curative effect respectively.Results:In the first and second weeks after treatment, there is no statistical differences between the Clinical effective rates of the two groups. However, there is statistical differences between the Clinical effective rates of the two groups In the third and fourth weeks after treatment. In the four weeks after treatment, treatment group have10cases healed,12cases were markedly effective, effective9cases,2cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was93.93%. The control group healed in6cases,9cases had marked effect, effectively8cases,10had no effect, the total effective rate was69.70%. The comparison of curative effect between two groups of patients, P=0.032<0.05, there were significant differences and statistically significant, the treatment group on the curative effect is better than the control group.Conclusions:The treatment group and control group were effective.
