The Random Double Blind、parallel Contrast Clinical Research Of The Treatment Of Chronic Pneumonia(Splenic And Pulmonary Deficiency Of Qi Type) With Reinforcing Earth To Strengthen Metal Method

Objective:To objective evaluate the clinical availability and security of the reinforcing earth to strengthen metal method in treating chronic pneumonia(splenic and pulmonary deficiency of qi type).Methods:Using the random double blind、parallel contrast research method,32chronic pneumonia patients were randomly divided to treatment group of sha-bai-fei-yan granule、control group of simulation granule, each group had16patients. The course of treatment was30days. Observing the two groups patients’ improving information of chest X-ray or lung CT、syndrome curative effect、clinical symptom、respiratory function、BMI and quality of life. Meanwhile, observing the blood、urine、stool routine,liver、renal function and electrocardiogram to evaluate the security.Results:1.Chest X-ray or lung CT:The treatment group had7cases of healing (43.75%)、3cases of excellence (18.75%)、2cases of improvement (12.5%)、4cases of inefficacy (25%), total effective rate was75%; the control group had0cases of healing、excellence、improvement(0%)、16cases of inefficacy (100%), total effective rate was0%.Two groups curative effect have statistics difference (P<0.05).2. After treatment, two groups syndrome curative effect、symptom curative effect、main clinical symptom total score、every clinical symptom score and expectoration quantity compared have significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group was better than the control group.3. Two groups of interclass comparison of treating after and within each group comparison of treating before and after of BMI hadn’t statistics difference (P>0.05)4. Respiratory function classification of two groups after treatment had statistics difference (P<0.05), the treatment group before and after treatment also had significant difference (P<0.01)5. BP、GH of two groups after treatment had statistics difference (P<0.05), VT、 SF and comprehensive score had significant difference (P<0.01).RE. MH of the treatment group before and after treatment had statistics difference (P<0.05), PF、 RP、BP、GH、VT、SF and comprehensive score had significant difference (P<0.01); PE of the control group before and after treatment had statistics difference (P<0.05), ccomprehensive score had significant difference (P<0.01),6. Security evaluation:two groups had no abnormalities in the blood、urine、stool routine, liver、renal function and electrocardiogram before and after treatment, the security level was1.Conclusion:The reinforcing earth to strengthen metal method treat chronic pneumonia(splenic and pulmonary deficiency of qi type) has clinical availability and security, it deserves further generalize.
