| Objective:Through clinical observation combined Chinese and western medicine treatment of plateau pulmonary spleen-deficiency type patients with bronchiectasis curative effect, compared with the pure western medicine treatment, the evaluation method of ridging raw gold for the expansion period lung spleen-deficiency type the patient’s clinical curative effect, aimed to find can improve clinical symptoms in patients with branch expansion, reducing frequency of acute episodes, slow development of the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine, disease and popularized in clinical application.Methods:Using randomized prospective study method, would be consistent with plateau with bronchiectasis (lung spleen-deficiency type) of 60 cases in the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of TCM respiratory medicine outpatient clinic patients (clinic date for August 2014 to January 2015) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Control to oral azithromycin tablets+theophylline zyban+ ammonia bromine cable hydrochloride, the treatment group on the basis of the added with a mentor from spleen and fill the lungs to add and subtract. To 12 weeks of treatment, compare two groups of patients with syndrome integral, acute attack number of times and the curative effect judgment.Results:1. TCM syndrome integral, the treatment group and control group after 12 weeks of treatment can improve patients’clinical symptoms such as cough and expectoration.Treatment group can significantly improve patients with symptoms such as cough, sputum, shortness of breath (P< 0.01);The control can improve some symptoms such as cough, sputum (P< 0.05). Treatment group than the control group in improving clinical symptoms in patients with better curative effect (P< 0.05).2. Curative effect evaluation, clinical curative effect of treatment group total effective rate was 83.3%;In the control group total effective rate was 56.7%;The curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group (P< 0.05).3. Acute episodes, the treatment group in 2 cases, acute attack in outpatient treatment, acute attack rate was 6.67%;Control group in patients with acute number 6 cases, of which 1 case was in the hospital treatment,5 cases of outpatient treatment, acute attack rate was 20%. Two groups by chi-square test, no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).After 1 month of follow-up, the treatment group the number of exacerbations in 1 case and control group in 3 patients, outpatient treatment after the turn for the better;No significant differences in the two groups statistically (P> 0.05). Ridging raw gold method, can reduce pulmonary spleen-deficiency type expand the number of patients with acute episodes, but compared with the control group has no statistically significant difference.Conelusion:For patients with lung expansion of spleen-deficiency type, ridging raw gold method is adopted, the spleen and replenishing qi, eliminating phlegm cough, not only can significantly improve the clinical symptoms such as cough and expectoration, could slow further development, reduce the patients of acute episodes, their clinical treatment effect is exact, and the security is good, no obvious gastrointestinal reaction, patients are more likely to tolerate, can insist on treatment, has wide application prospect. |
