| Abstract:Objective:Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin disease of hair follicle and sebaceous glands in adolescence.Acne is also a common disfeatured disease in the dermatologist, account for about30%of the outpatients. The common skin lesions include acne, papula, pustular, nodules, cyst etc, easy to relapse, some patients have scar,it seriously effects the beauty and the quality of life of the patients. Even have low self-esteem anxiety, depression, irritability and other psychological abnormalities. The aim of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of heat-needle treatment of acne. Provide reliable basis for the clinical efficacy of heat-needle treatment of acne.Make scientific rigorous design and evaluation methodology.Go on clinical research for hear-needle treatment of acne.And have clinical significance and popularized significance forming the standardized operation and guide.Methods:(1) The260cases for this study come from the dermatologist clinic patients of three research centers in October2009-December2010, And divided into two groups randomly,every group needs to sample number n=117at least, two groups need at least total number N=234, consider fall off and lost to reason to expand20%, the treatment group and control group set up by1:1cases, a total of260patients. Random scheme use the SAS analysis system PROCPLAN process of formation, entrust a third party to finish, and hide of random scheme,put to the center distribution randomly.(2) The treatment group use heat-needle,one time per5days,4times of treatment,the total treatment course of20days.The control group by medicine therapy,2times a day,the total treatment course of20days too.(3) After the observation,quantify all data, use statistical software SPSS19.0in statistical analysis. Results:(1) In the study, the heat-needle treatment nodules cystic acne, and the results showed that the clinical curative effect is remarkable.(cure rate is16.80%, the effectiveness and cure rate is79.20%, effective rate shows96.80%), the cure rate, effectiveness and cure rate, effectiveness rate are significantly higher than the control group by medicine therapy.(cure rate was0.00%, the effectiveness and cure rate was11.38%, efficient rate shows87.80%), P=0.000. The curative effect of the three centers is no significant difference in the rate, P>0.05.(2) Two kinds of treatment have remarkable curative effect for acne, papula,pustular, cyst, nodules etc, the sore pain, color, greasy, etc. in improving of the degree, heat-needle therapy is more obvious. P<0.01.(3) In two treatment strategies for various acne, the heat-needle therapy is optimal than medicine therapy onset time.(4)Two groups of treatment plan have no obvious untoward effect. Conclusion:This study demonstrates that the techniques for the treatment of acne lesions of various types have faded quickly remove the focus, thorough, effective control of the recurrence; Technology safety controllable, operation norm, practical strong, easy to popularize the use of advantages..Provide reliable basis for the clinical efficacy of heat-needle treatment of acne. |
