Requirements on the health care become more stringent as the process of urbanization in Chinais more and more rapidly and urban population grows so fast. It is sorely needed to establish ahigh-reliability, powerful120emergency treatment dispatching and scheduling system.Based on the existing120emergency treatment dispatching and scheduling systems’architecture investigation and analysis and the reference to the advanced design ideas and methodsat home and abroad, the scheme is proposed to further improve the existing system architecture. Inthis thesis, the system which adopts computer telecommunications integration technology, globalpositioning technology and geographic information technology is described.Firstly, the design of overall system is presented, and then the hardware and software systemsare introduced in detail. The core part of the system consists of five sub-systems, which arecomputer network subsystem, accepting the scheduling subsystem, digital recording subsystem,geographic information subsystem and global satellite positioning subsystem. After analyzing thesystem requirements for each subsystem, a functional method is presented. Furthermore, accordingto the needs of the120emergency treatment center, two expandable function-modules’ designmethods are introduced. Combined with case analysis, the entire system organically combinesaccepting and dispatching in the actual use to achieve the emergency treatment’s command ofintelligent, accurate, scientific, and rapidness.
