Huhuo disease was first described in Zhang Zhongjing’s "Treatise on FebrileDiseases", which is about one thousand and eight hundred years from now,onethousand and seven years early than the Turkey doctors when they find thedisease.Moreover, modern medical treatment of huhuo disease show little goodeffect but more side effects, while the traditional medical treatment of thisdisease,is curative effect significantly, without lots of side effects.SO thisstudy is not only has important value in the literature of the disease,but alsohas higher clinical value.This paper studies historical origin of the name Huhuo evolved into huyudisease,clarifies the name of the disease, showing that huhuo is the mostappropriate name, for the meaning of confuse and suspicion.And according to itslocation(mouth, eye and before and after the two Yin ulcer) as the main line,usingthe theory of main and collateral channels, the target, the inhibition of rottenpart of the disease in the liver line, therefore the huhuo, no matter come fromwhere, has spread to liver, and the incidence of injury and its main andcollateral channels. Based on former statement,the author puts forward the newviewpoint that Huhuo disease could cure from the liver, not only to the essenceof the disease, but also can provide a new angle of view for huhuo disease’sresearch, and provides a new method for the clinical,open up a new way for thedevelopment of Zhongjing theory.According to the description of huhuo disease’s symptoms and location,alsoconsidering the combined prescription,using reverse calculation of jin kui yaolue to find the reason of early period of huhuo, logica analysis its pathogenesis, but the pathogenesis of the original recovery period is not mentioned. Takingthe statement of later clinicals,adding the words Zhongjing has notmentioned,make sure the disease has three complete lesion cycle, then accordingto the initial,pus formation stage and recovery stage,doing thediscrimination.In Huhuo different clinical characteristic and "blood stasisretention Liver Meridian" through out this disease always, combined withcharacteristics that liver favor lead and dislike depression and the functionthe "wood can the sparse soil",for strengthening spleen and eliminating dampnesswith, so take the method of "Shugan Huoxue" as the foundation treatment, notonly violate Zhongjing’s main purpose,but also can improve the clinicalefficacy.
