Clinical Research On The Subject Of Acupuncture In Improving Endometrial Receptivity Before IVF Cycle Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation

Objective This subject is aimed to observe the acupuncture clinica efficai of endometrial receptivity before the cycle on IVF of kdney deficiency and liver stagnation symptom,as well as the effects on pregnancy outcome.Method Under the methods of randomized and controlled,60cases of kdney deficiency and liver stagnation will be decided into a treatment group and a control group, before the cycle,the reatment group will accept the three treat couses acupuncture treatment,every treatment course includs one treatment,once every other day withen a menstreal cycle.And then the treatment group will get into the part of IVF assisted Reproductive Technology.The control group will directly take the IVF ART.After the treatment couses through trans vaginal ultrasonography,comparative observe the endometrial thickness and morphology on the day of ovulation,E2on the seveath day after ovulation,P levels, kdney deficiency and liver stagnation sympton scoress and pregnancy outcome(biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage).Results (1) Baseline analysis:Before treatment, the patient’s age, duration of infertility, infertility types of groups, such as the number of IVF compared to baseline data, the statistical analysis showed no significant difference (P>0.05), described two sets of data grouping balanced comparable.(2) Before treatment, endometrial thickness, endometrial type, E2, P, kidney liver depression symptom score compared by statistical analysis showed no significant difference (P>0.05), prompted the two groups were comparable.(3) After treatment in endometrial thickness, endometrial type, E2, P, kdney deficiency and liver stagnation sympton scoress difference in terms of comparison with the control group were statistically significant (P<0.05), prompted acupuncture can be integrated to improve the uterus endometrial receptivity related indicators.(4) Pregnancy outcomes:the treatment group16cases of biochemical pregnancy, clinical pregnancy in16cases, pregnancy and abortion is tantamount bit;14cases in the control group biochemical pregnancy, clinical pregnancy in11cases, one case of ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage two cases.
