Background:Cervical cancer is one of most common cancers of female patients, with second highest morbidity and mortality. But as HPV can be detected in most of cervical cancers and CIN, and normally there are3-15years time from the earlier HPV infection to cervical cancers, it’s one very efficient and useful way to greatly lower down the morbidity and mortality of cervical cancers.TCT and HPV-DNA examinations are two commonly used measurement ways for cervical cancer and CIN. Though they have different advantages and disadvantages, and combination of them can get better veracity, several reasons (e.g. specificity and positive prediction veracity are still not so good) make it important to find some other ways to improve the veracity further.P16, Ki67, PHH3and HPV-L1are some index which are thought to be useful for diagnosis of cervical cancer and CIN from different aspects. And this paper is focus on the expressions of above4index in cervical cells based on experiments, and try to discuss and clarify the significance of those index for cervical lesions’screening and diagnosis.Purpose:Measured the expressions of P16, Ki67, PHH3and HPV-L1in cervical cells, to evaluate the significance of them in cytodiagnosis, and compared with high risk HPV DNA measurement method, to improve the veracity of diagnosis for cervical cancer and ON;Method:Screened120samples (archived in cell blocks with remained liquid) among patients who took TCT and HPV HC-II examination during June2012to June2013in Women’s Hospital of Zhejiang University, which take Colposcopy and Biopsy as golden standard, and then do P16, Ki67, PHH3and HPV-L1measurement.Result:In120samples, sensitivity of P16is91.61%, specificity is85.42%, and predicted value for positive is90.41%, for negative is87.23%; Sensitivity of Ki67is86.11%, specificity is91.67%, predicted value fy positive is93.94%, for negative is81.48%; Sensitivity of PHH3is70.83%, specificity is10)%, and predicted value for positive is100%, for negative is69.57%.After HVP-DNA examination, it’s confirmed all positive value for110samples which shows abnormal result in Exfoliated cervical examination; By detecting the HPV-Ll protein, as displayed in the ASCUS/LSIL group, the expression rate of HPV-Ll was70%, in ASC-H/HSIL group, the expression rate of HPV-L1was20%, in SCC group, the expression rate of HPV-Ll HPV-L1protein positive expression of0.ASCUS/LSIL in the rate is much higher than that of ASC-H/HSIL group and SCC group, the statistical detection, P=0.007, with statistical significance.Conclusion:Conbined with P16、Ki67, PHH3, an assistant examination can be used to improve the detection accuracy of ASC-H. HPV-L1can effectively distribute the patients with ASCUS/LSIL.
