| Objective Cervical cancer is a common malignancy among women, ranked second among in the world of women malignant tumors. The goal of this study was to analyze the expression levels of Survivin and Ki67 in normal cervical tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical carcinoma, and to analyze their relationship with clinicopathological parameters of cervical cancer-related links to explore the above-mentioned target happened in cervical cancer development, invasion and metastasis, for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer to provide a new and effective target.Methods Using streptavidin-biotin-protein-linked peroxidase method (ie, SP) immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of Survivin and Ki67 in 15 cases of normal cervical tissue,12 cases of CINâ… tissue,12 cases of CINâ…¡tissue, 13 cases of CINâ…¢tissue,48 cases of cervical cancer. Analysis of cervical cancer in Survivin and Ki67 expression and clinical stage, histological grade and other clinicopathological parameters of relevance, at the same time the relationship between Survivin and Ki67 was studyed in the development of cervical cancer for a preliminary study.Results 1. Survivin and Ki67 were expressed mainly in cancerous lesions, but low expressed in some normal tissues.2. Positive expression rate of Survivin in normal cervical tissues, CIN, cervical cancer tissues were 6.67%,54.05%,83.33%, the trend has gradually increased (P<0.05). Among them, significant difference was existed between normal cervical group and CIN group(P<0.05), also between normal cervical group and cancer group(P<0.05), CIN group and cancer group(P<0.05).3. Positive expression rate of Ki67 in normal cervical tissues, CIN, cervical cancer tissues were 20.00%,59.50%,81.25%, the trend has gradually increased (P<0.05). Among them, significant difference was existed between normal cervical group and CIN group(P<0.05), also between normal cervical group and cancer group(P<0.05), CIN group and cancer group(P<0.05).4. In cervical carcinoma, positive rate of Survivin protein expression at FIGO stages â…¡b~Ⅳperiod was higher than theâ… ï½žâ…¡a period (χ2=8.817, P<0.05), with lymph node metastasis group was higher than that without lymph node metastasis group (χ2=4.363, P<0.05); Expression of Survivin in cervical cancer were not related with age, gross type, the degree of differentiation, histological types (P>0.05).5. In cervical cancer, positive rate of Ki67 protein expression at FIGO stagesâ…¡b~IV period was higher than theâ… ï½žâ…¡a period (χ2=10.191, P<0.05); Expression of Ki67 in cervical cancer were not related with age, gross type, the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and histological types(P>0.05).6. The relationship between Survivin and Ki67 was positively correlated, and the correlation coefficient rs=0.525(P<0.05).Conclusion Survivin and Ki67 in the normal cervix, CIN, cervical carcinoma were higher trend; positive rate of Survivin in the phaseâ…¡b~Ⅳand with lymph node metastasis of cases of cervical cancer was higher than theâ… ï½žâ…¡a period and without lymph node metastasis; positive rate of Ki67 in the phaseâ…¡b~Ⅳof cervical cancer was higher than theâ… ï½žâ…¡a period; There was synergy between Survivin and Ki67. Survivin and Ki67 play an important role in invasion and metastasis of the cervical cancer, Combined detection of Survivin and Ki67 may be a new target of diagnosis and treatment in cervical cancer. |
