Objective:comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the mental health status of the graduate students of clinical medicine, the condition of learning and job burnout, and to explore the mental health status of the medical graduate students, learning, and the relationship between job burnout. Method:by stratified random sampling,233xinjiang medical colleges full-time master of one, two, three grade students one-on-one questionnaire survey, to obtain the basic situation, mental health, work, learning burnout and so on the current situation of data; Using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, correlation analysis and other statistical methods, to explore the clinical medicine postgraduates mental health factors between learning, job burnout and influence factors of the relationship between each other. Results:the survey received224valid questionnaires, male,97,(43.3%), female,127people, accounting for54.70%:There are47.32%of the han nationality; Unmarried,202people, accounting for90.19%:More than half of graduate students without work experience, the majority of graduate students is not only children, but most of the graduate students from the countryside. Clinical medicine graduate students in the overall situation of mental health, mental health status of the girls is lower than the boys, Factor analysis, according to the results of job burnout of clinical medical graduate students have to48.00+/-7.76, the total number of digits below63in theory, table project median score with significant difference (P=0.00, P<0.05). and the average is less than the median of total table project, showed that the participants felt job burnout, the medium level in a low position. Correlation analysis showed emotional exhaustion and negative snub of medical graduate students with low personal accomplishment of analysis with statistical significance (P<0.05), namely the job burnout situation and differences between the mental health factors. Conclusion: gender mental health status of clinical medical graduate students have a significant impact, clinical medicine graduate student mental health and learning, the difference was statistically significant between job burnout.
