Students may feel weary, tired, depressed and defeated when they are not interested or have no impetus on study. The word learning burnout is used to describe the series of improper behaviors caused by this phenomenon. Although abroad and home scholars have begun to focus on the research of learning burnout, medical students'learning burnout is almost a blank on the domestic. If studying medical students'status of learning burnout and a number of important factors, we can be targeted to stimulate students learning enthusiasm and positive outlook, thus in theory and practice can give some help and enlightenment to medical students'learning.In order to acquaint the condition of learning burnout of medical students and explore its correlates on organizational, social and individual surface, 650 medical students were investigated by College Students'Learning Burnout Inventory, Perceived Social Support Scale, Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List, Professional Commitment Inventory of College Students, Perceived School Climate Questionnaire, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised, Short Scale for Chinese.The research results showed:①Medical students'learning burnout level is comparatively high. About 39.51% medical students have the learning burnout phenomenon. Among three dimensions,the scores of behavioral unsuitableness is the highest, then are low personal accomplishment and emotional turndown.②In terms of gender difference, male students are significantly higher than females at the level of emotional turndown and behavioral unsuitableness; In terms of grades, the difference of medical students'learning burnout of different grades is significant; There is no difference in profession.③Learning burnout is significantly related to social support, life events, learning climate, education climate, personal relationship, study stress, professional commitment and personality.④These factors had great prediction to learning burnout of medical students:affective commitment, neuroticism,learning pressure,extraversion,teaching innovation and family support.⑤By analyzing the influential factors, the paper in a targeted manner to suggest the strategy of the medical students'learning burnout interference -defending.
