The Study Of Health Talent Team Construction Of Township Hospitals In Jiangxi Province

China is a large agricultural country, farmers is the largest social group which isan important force in building a well-off society. As the three rural health networkhub, township hospitals is the main provider of rural health service. Health personnelis the key of public health development. Therefore, strengthening the construction ofhealth personnel has the extremely vital significance to improve the serviceability oftownship hospitals, safeguard the health rights of rural residents and promote theharmonious development of society. With the implementation of the development ofsocial economy and the new rural cooperative medical system, the status quo ofhealth personnel in township health centers can’t meet the demand of rural healthwhich has become the main contradiction of current rural health development.Jiangxi province is a traditional agricultural province, economic development isrelatively undeveloped, almost52.5%of the population live in rural areas. In recentyears, the hardware facilities of the township health center construction has madeconsiderable progress, but the construction of health personnel has not been acorresponding enhancement. The relative insufficiency, the unbalanced total staff ofregional distribution, the unreasonable structure configuration, big personnel fluidity,the inefficient effect of development policy implementation all restricted thedevelopment of rural health service in Jiangxi.Through the analysis on the problems existing in this situation, we consider theconstraints of health personnel construction in township health centers in Jiangxiprovince including team history, social change, institutional and policy factors, andon this basis, we put forward to strengthen all levels of government’s main bodystatus, highlight the health administrative departments of the leading responsibilityand to play its role in township health centers three kinds of countermeasures, inorder to provide the reference for the relevant decision-making, planning introduced.
