Retrospective Study Of Flexible Ureteroscopecomplication In The Treatment Of Renal Calculi

Objective:To evaluate.analyze the complication rate of flexible ureteroscope laser lithotripsy for renal calculi in our hospital, and compare the difference between domestic and foreign flexible ureteroscope complications in the treatment of renal calculi, sharing measures and experience to reduce the complications of our hospital.MethodsAnalysis the complicationof flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi in500cases from2009October to2013October in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, compare bleeding, infection, injury of ureter, steinstrasse formation and other complications probability of domestic967Cases with foreign382similar cases, and through the statistical analysis the advantages and disadvantages in the complication prevention in our hospital.ResultsIn the ureteroscopic holmium laser for the treatment of renal calculi, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative hematoma of kidney, systemic inflammatory response syndrome, infectious shock, ureteral perforation rates were:1.6%,0.8%,2.6%,0.6%,0.4%. My courtyard in thehemorrhage, steinstrasse formation and domestic and foreign complications had no obviousdifferences.(vs abroad:corrected chi square=0.00348, corrected chi square=3.8265, chi square=3.183, P values were>0.05;vs domestic:Chi square=1.4539, P>0.05) of ureteral injury than those of the domestic low incidence (corrected chi square=12.62, p<0.05), low incidence of infection than foreign fever (chi square=8.6714, p<0.05).ConclusionAlthough the flexible ureteroscope is a minimally invasive operation, but it is still possible complications, preoperative D-J tube placement, and using antibiotics in operation may reduce the risk of ureteral injury and infection rate...
