Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of micro percutaneous nephrolithotomy(Microperc)with flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy(FURL)in the treatment of lower pole renal calculi of size 1-2cm.Method:This study reviewed 102 cases with lower pole calculi diagnosed and treated in the Department of Urology,Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital from January 2017 to June 2019.All cases were divided into two groups according to the actual situation of operation. There were 49 cases of lower pole renal stone of size 1-2cm who underwent micro percutaneous nephrolithotomy(Microperc)and 56 cases of lower pole renal stone of size 1-2cm who underwent flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy(FURL).We evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two methods by the operation time,Phase ?stone free rate, postoperative hemoglobin reduction, postoperative procalcitonin, postoperative VAS score, postoperative fever ratio, blood transfusion rate, postoperative hospitalization time and final stone free rate.Result:In terms of operation time,Microperc group was 51.47±11.42min,FURL group was 75.23±12.31min,FURL group was longer than Microperc group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In terms of Phase ? stone free rate,Microperc group was 85.7%(42/49),FURL group was 80.4%(45/56),Microperc group was higher than FURL group, but the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).The postoperative hemoglobin reduction(10.05±2.14g/L),postoperative procalcitonin(0.37±0.19 ?g/L),postoperative VAS score(5.15±1.05),postoperative fever ratio(22.4%),postoperative hospitalization time(5.19±0.64 days)of Microperc group were higher than FURL group as postoperative hemoglobin reduction(9.72±1.40g/L),postoperative procalcitonin(0.34±0.15?g/L),postoperative VAS score(4.85±1.61),postoperative fever ratio(17.9%),postoperative hospitalization time(4.93±0.61 days),but the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of lower pole renal stone of size 1-2cm,Microperc and FURL are safe and effective.Microperc is superior to FURL In terms of operation time and stone free rate.
